OPTION 1 - IN THE APP

You can delete your account directly from the ScaffApp application:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

OPTION 2 - VIA EMAIL

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing: Team@ScaffApp.net

Please include:

• the email address used for your account

• the subject line

“Account Deletion Request”

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request we will:

• verify the request

• delete your account and associated personal data

• confirm deletion via email

Please allow up to 7 days for completion.

Some limited information may be retained where required for legal or security reasons.
